How long does pre-order take?
We locally garment dye and embroider all orders, made to order. This typically takes 4 weeks. With COVID delays, this can take up to 6 weeks.


What service do you use for USA orders?
Domestic Orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days from date of shipment. We offer free shipping for USA orders 200+.

What service do you use for international orders?
International Orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks from date of shipment. Depending on your country, we offer free shipping for International orders $600+.

***Please note when ordering outside of the US, you may have to pay Duties and Taxes on top of your shipping fee. Palo Santo Studios is not responsible for any customs and duties incurred upon receiving your parcel. If you deny your parcel by your local shipping provider, we will be unable to offer a refund or offer a store credit. Duties and taxes are non refundable and we are not responsible for these extra charges. The charges can range anywhere between 5%-50% of your total order cost. Your government website will usually have an option in which you can get a rough estimate on how much Duties and Taxes you might be charged.
