If you purchased U.S. shipping protection & free U.S. returns through Recura

To ensure the safety of your order, we require the purchase of package route protection. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover lost or stolen packages if this protection is not added at checkout.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your package.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you did not purchase free returns through Recura, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Customers:
- You are responsible for returns and providing tracking via email. We are not responsible for international return costs.
- Allow extra time for customs processing. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, or delays. If your package has arrived in the destination country but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service or customs office.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at orders@palostudios.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the item back to us, ensuring that it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Since everything is made to order, we do not have excess stock to offer an exchange.
